Shoot360, a national leader in high tech basketball training facilities, signed a long term lease to open its first Pennsylvania location on the historic campus of Cheyney University of Pennsylvania. The facility is the first of its kind to be located on a college campus and officially opened in Q3 2025.

 

The project, led by Mosaic Development Partners in collaboration with Cheyney University and the Chester County Economic Development Council, reflects a strategic partnership between private industry and higher education. The lease transformed a closed campus power plant into a state of the art sports technology center equipped with advanced motion tracking systems, analytics, and training tools for athletes.

 

This milestone anchors a broader initiative to attract commercial tenants to Cheyney’s campus, creating new opportunities for economic growth, student engagement, internships, and community programming.
