UNIVERSITY WORK
Mosaic has successfully partnered with small and large, public and private institutions on a variety of programs. We support master planning, design and construction, financing, and overall programming of building and land assets. We are also particularly committed to working with HBCUs to help them achieve their strategic goals and meet the long-term needs of students.

COMMUNITY DRIVEN WORK
Mosaic works closely with not for profits and community group that have struggled to attract investments that bring needed services, housing and jobs. We have a track record of helping communities address food deserts, health deserts, accelerators, job incubators, and mixed income housing.

Mosaic partners with developers, institutions and governments to execute large scale projects. These projects range from large housing programs to mixed use communities to sports facilities and ancillary uses.
