During my internship with Mosaic, I gained valuable hands-on experience in real estate development and property management. From day one, the team was incredibly welcoming, which made it easy to integrate quickly and contribute in meaningful ways. I played a key role in developing property-level cash flow models, reviewing weekly rent rolls, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing operations across multiple assets in the Philadelphia portfolio. I also had the opportunity to work directly with senior executives, giving me firsthand insight into the complexities of high-level decision-making. This experience broadened my understanding of the real estate industry and solidified my ambition to pursue a full-time career in real estate private equity, where I now specialize in distressed credit opportunities in New York City.
