My journey with Mosaic began as a 3-month design internship, that turned into a contract role, and finally into a full-time position with the Marketing and Development Team. One of the most rewarding parts of this journey has been getting to know each team member personally. Every hour spent collaborating, brainstorming, and learning from them has helped shape not just my professional abilities, but also my confidence. Each person at Mosaic has played a meaningful role in my growth, encouraging me to take initiative, ask questions, and trust my instincts. What stands out most to me is Mosaic’s commitment to impact — the kind that transforms communities, fosters equity, and redefines what inclusive development looks like.
