DOWNTOWN DOVER
The Downtown Dover Partnership (DDP) selected a Mosaic-led team to develop a strategic master plan for Dover, DE. Working with the community for over a year, Mosaic produced the Capital City 2030 plan for the city. This plan represents a projected $500M investment in the community which will generate close to 1,000 new residential units, 15 acres of developable land, 27,500 sq ft grocery store, 204-room hotel, a multi-modal transit hub, community amphitheater, 100,000 sq ft of new commercial space, and a turnaround in the city. The plan has already helped generate millions in funding for infrastructure and changes in tax codes to support growth.
NAVY YARD PHILADELPHIA
Philadelphia Navy Yard - Mosaic Development Partners was selected as the co-developer of the Philadelphia Navy Yard, a 109- acre development area on the Delaware waterfront. The project is expected to cost $.4.8B and encompass more than 5 million sf of mixed-use development, including 4000 residential units, 2M sq ft of life science buildings, office, 350,000 sq ft of retail and a 4+-star hotel. Mosaic and their co-developer partner, Ensemble Real Estate Investments, completed their master planning stage and are currently under construction with the first life science buildings and commencing construction on more than 600 units of residential development.
COMMUNITY COLLEGE OF PHILADELPHIA
Community College of Philadelphia - Mosaic and ESI were selected by Community College of Philadelphia (CCP) to take a comprehensive look at its strategic assets and deliver recommendations for a long-term strategy to utilize those assets to help CCP better serve the community. The Mosaic team is currently completing this plan and is presenting it to CCP leadership.
CHEYNEY UNIVERSITY
Mosaic was selected by the University in 2020 to help build and implement its remarkable, transformative Campus Monetization strategy. This strategy is helping to create a more vibrant campus and a stronger financial status. Mosaic, along with Chester County Economic Development Council, is bringing in companies in exciting, growing industries to locate on campus.
Each company coming on campus not only pays a lease to Cheyney, they work directly with the students to offer them internships and even job opportunities in exciting industries such as Life Sciences, Ag-Tech, 3D printing, Active Sports, and many more. The companies all sign Academic Cooperation Agreements for their commitment to the students and university.
