The Sharswood community is both a food and health desert and has among the lowest health outcomes in the city. The team completed a $60 million mixed-use grocery store, healthcare center and community bank, along with 98 units of mixed income residences. The project was funded with the support of the Philadelphia Housing Authority, New Market Tax Credits and Federal Opportunity Zone investment. The project opened in the 4th quarter of 2022 and is currently leasing residential apartments.
