Mosaic Development Partners JV and Ensemble Investments were selected by PIDC as the co-developer of 109 acres at the Philadelphia Navy Yard on the Delaware waterfront. This $5.9 billion investment includes a $1 billion commitment to DEI initiatives across the project. The overall plan includes 5 million square feet of mixed use development with residential, life sciences, office, retail, and hospitality uses. The first building, 1201 Normandy, is a 137 thousand square foot speculative life science facility that was completed in 2023. The first civilian residential housing, a 611 unit mixed income community, is scheduled for completion in Q1 2026.
