Located in the heart of a Temple University community neighborhood, this 350 bed, $20 million project was Mosaic’s first redevelopment of a blighted vacant block. The 128,000 SF mixed use student oriented apartment building was developed using modular construction methods. The project was completed in 10 months and successfully exited in 2022.
