Chapel Plaza is a 35,000 square foot public space designed by Olin that will offer outdoor dining, lounge areas, and flexible performance spaces. The plaza will seamlessly connect AVE Navy Yard, the Navy Yard’s first residential offering, with The Waylen, a luxury hotel in the first phase of the Navy Yard Plan known as the Historic Core.
