Mosaic, Terrapin Development Company, 4 Castles LLC, and the University of Maryland, College Park were selected through an RFP process to develop College Park Aviation Village that will include approximately 249 residential units and 33,000 SF of commercial, retail, restaurant, office and university use in a six-story building. The project will also produce ground floor retail activation, dynamic lab, office and research space, as well as a network of bicycle and pedestrian corridors and plazas to encourage multimodal connectivity on site.
