Mosaic and Daniel J. Keating Company were selected by the School District of Philadelphia to lead the development to build an 87,000 SF middle school, comprising of a full service cafeteria, gymnatorium, as well as specialty classrooms for art, science and computers. This project is designed for 20th Century Learning in the Port Richmond area of Philadelphia serving grades six through eight.
