The 76ers managing partners are teaming up with Philadelphia apartment developer David J. Adelman and others in a proposal to build a new NBA arena, 76 Place, at 10th and Market Street. The arena will serve as an anchor for Center City. The Philadelphia 76ers’ future home will be developed by the recently formed development company, 76 Devcorp. The Development Corporation is committed to investing in under-resourced communities to advance equitable, community-driven revitalization. Through job creation and co-development roles, the project will emphasize equitable development, bringing community members into the process. 76 Devcorp and Mosaic are working together to develop the project.
