COMPLETED
Philadelphia, PA | Opened 2014 | 400,000SF
Mixed-Use Retail Center
This $13 million, ground up, community-based shopping center, anchored by a grocery store in the Fairhill section of Philadelphia, was a designated food desert. Mosaic demolished a 400,000 SF shuttered school, eliminating years of blight and safety concerns and secured New Market Tax Credits (NMTC) as a significant portion of the capital stack. It was successfully exited and satisfied all NMTC compliance requirements in 2022.
