Lead the team in analyzing the current location and condition of the property (environmental, zoning, encumbrances, traffic, permitted uses, government and community support) and determine the best use for the property.


Evaluate key indicators (price, value, deal terms, and economics);  to develop a strategy to acquire, control, develop and/or sell the property

Permits and Approvals

Analyze and and secure necessary permits, easements, and assigns, in accordance with the development strategy

  • Assemble the team to conduct market research and demographic studies, and meet with real estate professionals to fully understand the market in question, leading marketing strategy and execution of development.

  • Develop the necessary financing strategy to secure lender interest.

  • Build relationships with public officials at the local, state, and federal levels to identify appropriate sources of public funding to help assure the success of the project.

Financing, Sales, and Leasing

  • Determine annual maintenance costs and requirements.

  • Facilitate rent collections and leasing of residential and commercial space.

  • Hire and lead the team to ensure a well-maintained and stabilized asset

Property Management

Work with property owners and developers to manage pre-development, construction and financing strategies for existing assets, vacant land and redevelopment areas by finding the best uses, new tenants and teams to assist with the overall development program
