Analyze and and secure necessary permits, easements, and assigns, in accordance with the development strategy
Assemble the team to conduct market research and demographic studies, and meet with real estate professionals to fully understand the market in question, leading marketing strategy and execution of development.
Develop the necessary financing strategy to secure lender interest.
